Nothing to book just yet.
Our pool is complete and the first independent holiday home is being prepared, with stays aimed for 2027. This is a goal, not a confirmed opening date. The six B&B houses are future plans.

Imagine a quieter morning near the Atlantic coast, with the Quinta as your base. The completed swimming pool is already here; the independent Pool House is still being prepared.
Once stays begin, the pool will be shared with other overnight guests at agreed times. House facilities, occupancy and opening dates will be confirmed before booking becomes possible.

Curious already? Here is what we know.
Can I choose a date or leave a deposit?
No. The Quinta is not taking reservations, deposits or payments. We will only activate booking once the accommodation and its conditions are ready.
Will there be six houses and a Pool House?
The Pool House is the first independent holiday home under preparation. Six additional B&B houses are a longer-term plan, not completed accommodation.
How will I find out when bookings open?
We will publish confirmed developments in the restoration journal and update this booking information page when opening dates, facilities and rates are available.
Can I ask a question or suggest a future stay?
Of course. You can send us a question, but enquiries are not reservations and we cannot hold dates yet.
